さいぎ【再議】

●再議に付する submit 《a matter》 before the body concerned for reconsideration

・再議に及ばず. The matter does not need reconsideration.

一事不再議(の原則) the principle that the same measure should not be deliberated twice during the same session; the rule that the same bill should not be reintroduced during the selfsame session.
